What Makes Our Manufacturing Capabilities Different?

  • ELIMINATION OF FAILURE POINTS

    Before we created our own MACU™-Soft water softener product line, we dealt with common failure points in other products: spacers, O-rings, etc. Our rotary disc seal design in MACU™-Soft products eliminates those failure points, making for smoother operation and longer life.


  • APPLICATION CONSIDERATIONS

    Depending on the application and industry, customers may need a high-flow valve or standard flow. Instead of retrofitting other products for their needs, we built the MACU™-Clean series to allow for different flow needs, which reduces damage and expenses related to replacement.

  • SALT REDUCTION

    Unlike other manufacturers who profit from salt sales, we reduce usage by manufacturing salt-saving resin into our systems with the MACU™-BrineSVR. MACU-™BrineSVR reclaims the brine, thereby reducing the salt used and increasing the customer's return on investment.


  • SELF-PROGRAMMABILITY

    Most other systems require a programmer to adjust the controls. We designed a system, where you can make those changes yourself with our MACU™-Touch controller. The MACU™-Touch can be linked to the MACU™-Pure or retrofitted to existing equipment for the best results and highest level of control.

  • MODERN TECHNOLOGY

    Our MACU™-Trac product line improved upon older technology, making sure our new product line offered longer life and precise control of our cooling tower parameters. MACU™-Trac makes a

    number of chemical programs more effective.

    The MACU™-Pure reverse osmosis and membrane systems are designed to last longer than other options on the market. We designed MACU™-Pure to withstand wear and tear on water system membranes, reduce cleaning periods and eliminate excessive maintenance and parts replacement.
